• Will you sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
• SOC 2 Type II report or HITRUST available?
• Is our data used to train models? Can we opt out contractually?
• Data residency, retention and deletion timelines?
• NEMSIS v3.5 compliant output and state submission support?
• Integrations with our CAD, ePCR (ImageTrend, ESO, ZOLL), monitors and billing?
• Human review and signature required before anything is final?
• Audit logs: who saw or edited what, and when?
• Accuracy evidence: independent validation, not just vendor claims?
• References from agencies of similar size?
